I am fed up with selling smoke

It was my journey that brought me to coaching, wishing to support others in the way I once was. Coaching is a conversation technique meant to bring awareness, focus, clarity, healing, reflection and whatever you might encounter in the way. It's a space absolutely for you and your needs, and serious shifts might happen. I will accompany you through your journey. However, let's not bluff over how magically you're becoming an extraordinarily successful human being and reaching the moon and your maximum potential after one session (or X number). It can happen, but it is tough and there's not magic wand. It's all about:

  • Awareness.

  • Willingness.

  • Commitment.

  • Receptiveness to change 

If you trust the coaching process,you will:

  1. Gain awareness of yourself and others This means that you'll know your (or others') ways of doing, your automatics and patterns of behaviour responding to stimulus. You'll understand them in a lovingly way.

  2. Get clarity and purpose in whichever challenge you are facing You'll see what you want and your reasons behind, your goals will align with your values and the big picture of your life.

  3. Define your desired goals and steps to reach them, from a real perspective and a real you.​

What you will NOT hear me saying

"I have the answers that you need" No, YOU HAVE THEM "I will transform your life" No, YOU WILL and I'll hold your hand if you need it, hold you accountable if you need it and facilitate the process with humble respect and admiration. "I know how you need to live your life" No, I don't, and IT'S OK IF YOU DON'T KNOW IT EITHER. Let's explore deeply what is happening for you right now. Or if you know it already, let's explore what's working and what's helpful or unhelpful moving forward. "I'll make you the best version of yourself" No, YOU ALREADY ARE EXTRAORDINARY, there's however room for self-reflection and improvement and change whilst getting to know yourself.
